Dates and Venue

The 22nd edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024, in Madrid, Spain. The contest will take place at the Caja Mágica, a large indoor sports arena.

Host Broadcaster

Spanish broadcaster RTVE will host the contest. RTVE has previously hosted the Eurovision Song Contest in 1969, 1989, and 2004.

Participating Countries

The contest will feature approximately 20 participating countries. The full list of participants will be announced at a later date.

Voting

The winner of the contest will be determined by a combination of online voting and a jury vote. The online vote will be open to viewers from all over the world, while the jury vote will be made up of music professionals from each participating country.
